PBE-T (Protein Blocks Transform)

This tool converts a given PDB format protein structure file into 1D sequence of PBs (protein blocks) .This reduced representation of structure is useful in structure analysis & comparison of proteins.

Input: A valid PDB file. If PDB contains multiple chains, each should be terminated by TER record. If solved structure is NMR model, all models are used for parsing. Check the sample example of the correct PDB format file.

Results: Output consists of domain id along with AA sequence , the length of AA sequence and PB sequence. The results are also avaliable as a parseable text file for download.
